For the Rompeflasche project, artists from Germany were invited to exhibit at the Museum of Art in Quito. For the realisation of the exhibition there was no physical transport and no travel of the artists. The works shown were brought from Germany to Ecuador in the form of information. The only means of transport used were telephone, internet or fax. The works exhibited were translated and produced by the curators and the set-up team in Quito, in constant dialogue with the artists.
